Cancellation & No show policies

For any appointment changes (e.g. cancellation, rescheduling, services provided, etc.) client agrees to
provide at least 24 business hours notice. A cancellation fee of 50% of your service will be charged to the card on file if you fail to meet this notice requirement. If a client is more than 5 minutes late for their appointment this is considered a No-Show. For a No-Show the full cost of the service will be charged to the card on file. A No-Show results in other clients missing the opportunity to receive services during that allotted time.


* If emergencies arise, they will be taken into consideration.

 

*Emergencies do NOT include you forgetting about your appointment or cancelling late due to a disorganized schedule.

 

*Remember 5 minutes late is 1/4 of your 20 minute appointment time. Many times this is how long appointments take.

 

*Requesting a new appointment or requesting a late reschedule will not be accepted until your no-show or late reschedule fee has been payed in full.
